How It Works

A live treasure hunt across the Bahamas. Thirteen clues. One crew wins it all.

The Idea

Somewhere out there, a pirate's fortune is waiting to be found — and you and your crew are racing to find it first. Pirate Hunters is a real-world, real-time treasure hunt through the streets, shores, and hidden corners of Nassau. No app-only puzzle, no screen-only experience — you're on your feet, in the sun, chasing clues that lead you from one landmark to the next.

The Rules

1. Gather your crew

Sign up solo or bring your whole group along. Every hunt has an entry fee, and that fee goes straight into the prize pool.

2. Register early, play on time

You can register for a hunt the moment it's posted — no need to wait until the day of. Once the hunt's official start time arrives, your first clue unlocks automatically.

3. Follow the clues

Thirteen clues, one at a time, each one leading you somewhere new. Some clues you'll crack from your phone; others will send you out to a physical checkpoint — a marker posted at a real location — where scanning it reveals what you need to keep going.

4. Answer as a crew

Your crew's leader proposes the answer once you think you've got it — a majority of your active teammates needs to agree before it locks in, so get everyone on the same page before you commit. Playing solo works the same way, just with a crew of one, so it submits the moment you're ready.

5. Careful — wrong answers cost you time

Guess wrong, and your crew is locked out for a short cooldown before you can try again. Precision beats speed for its own sake.

6. First crew to clue thirteen wins

Solve the final clue before anyone else, and the prize pool is yours.

The Prize

Entry fees fund the pool. The winning crew takes home the prize pool. The bigger the crew turnout, the bigger the prize.

Why It's Different

This isn't a scavenger hunt you print out and forget about. It's live, it's timed, it's competitive, and every hunt is tied to a real place and a real moment — you're racing other crews in real time, not just the clock.
